Duplicate payments in pending in the merchant service deposits

I have a batch of customer payments from a few months ago that were already recorded, but I have duplicated of those payments under the 'pending for deposit' tab in the merchant service deposit. I tried deleting the first ones that were recorded but those instead also just showed up again in the pending tab. How can I get rid of these?

They can take a closer look at this to determine why the transaction are still showing again in the pending tab after deleting.
