Hello there, @lori74.

I'll show you how you can add or get a deleted transaction back in QuickBooks Online (QBO), so you can reconcile your account and keep your financial data accurate.

The Reconciliation Discrepancy report will only let you review the list of changed or deleted transactions since the reconciliation. You're unable to get back or restore the deleted ones from the said page. However, you can recover the details you need to re-enter them into your account.

To do this, select the View option under the History column, and you'll be routed to the Audit History page. From there, retrieve all the information needed for the deleted transaction, like the date and amount.

When you're done, using the info you have, re-enter the transaction with its original date. You can also refer to this article for more details: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions.

Once everything is all set, go ahead and reconcile your account. Please see this article for the complete guide: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have other reconciliation concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @lori74.
