To do this, open your eBay account and make sure that your accounts are integrated correctly with QBO. Secondly, let's verify your Chart of Accounts to ensure we have not accidentally made any accounts inactive. Please follow these steps:

1. On the left hand menu, click Bank Transactions.
2. Select Chart of Accounts.
3. Find the accounts integrated with your eBay account, and on the dropdown arrow click Make Active. 

If the account is active and the transactions still cannot be added, we can go ahead and perform some basic troubleshooting on your account to determine why this is happening.

Let's start by opening your account in a private browser as it ignores historical data. These are the keyboard shortcuts:

• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

• Safari: Command + Shift + N
