Hello there, anthonyeg.

I'll be glad to help you unreconcile your account to correct its date.

You can edit the information by clicking Edit info on the reconciling page if you haven't finished it yet. Let me provide you the steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Accounting.
  2. Click the Reconcile tab.
  3. Choose the bank account from the Account drop-down list.
  4. Click the Resume reconciling button.
  5. Click the Edit Info button located in the upper right-hand corner.
  6. Change the Ending Balance and Ending Date.
  7. Click Save.

If you're done with the reconciliation you'll need to undo the reconciliation through QuickBooks Online Accountant version. To undo reconcile, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Gear icon and then Reconcile under "Tools."
  2. Click the Reconcile tab and then History by account
  3. Press History by account
  4. Select Account and Report Period
  5. From the drop-down arrow beside View report, pick Undo
  6. Click Yes to confirm and then Undo.

To manually reconcile your account.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Reconcile.
  2. From the Reconcile screen, verify that the beginning balance is zero ($0).
  3.  Enter the Ending balance of the last reconciled bank statement.
  4. Click ok.
