password expired and I reset it and it still will not hook back up to my locale bank Error 103

Welcome to the Community, JabberWalk1. I am here to provide you with some steps that can help you with your concern regarding logging in your bank account. 

 

Please follow these steps to connect with your bank account:

 

  1. On the left navigation panel, look for Transactions
  2. Choose Bank Transaction.
  3. Select the bank account that you need to update. 
  4. Click the Pencil icon that is beside the Bank logo.
  5. Click Edit sign-in info.
  6. If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, you need to clear it to ensure that there will be no unusual behavior. 
  7. You need to manually enter your user ID and password for your bank account. 
  8. Click Update
