Error 103 for bank connection

Quickbooks is prompting me with a "103" "error for additional verification, probably via 2FA, to reconnect me to my bank account (Bluevine) but there is no way to provide 2FA codes and I can't proceed. What should I do?

 Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help menu.
  2. Hover to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.

Hello, I am having the exact same issue as described above with my connection to my Bluevine accounts. Please advise.

Upon checking, we have an ongoing investigation about connecting the Bluevine Bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). In this case, I suggest contacting our customer support team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users and provide you with an update via email about this one.

  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue, then Continue.
