the error 185 keeps popping up for me. I talked to a professional and we went through SmartLook and it keeps disconnecting. Is this an internal quick books issue?

Are you attempting to link your Financial Institution in QuickBooks? If so, this may mean that your financial institution has additional security requirements, such as a security question or one-time passcode, for you to address.

If it is not a bank error, may I ask in which window the error 185 appeared? Any additional details will help me check our reports and provide you with the most accurate explanation and solution. 

 

Meanwhile, too much cache in your default browser can cause the product to behave strangely. I'd recommend logging into your account in a private window for this. This allows us to determine whether the issue is with the browser. Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
