Welcome to the Community, @mquinones-thf-cp. I’ll help you see transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To see the expense transaction, let’s make sure that the transaction is under the same bank account.
Let me show you how:
Go to the Expenses menu and proceed to the Expenses tab.
Look for the expense transaction and click on it.
Go to the Payment account field and edit or make sure it has the correct bank account.
Click Save and close.
Repeat the same process for the rest of the expenses.
Once done, let’s go back to the reconciliation page. Then, click the Filter or Funnel icon and select All for Transaction type.
