Question

Fidelity.com is not showing up as an institution.

I cannot connect Fidelity.com to QBO because Fidelity is not showing up on the list of financial institutions. It used to be listed and connect no problem late last year.  Fidelity said it's QBO's issue. Is there a current, ongoing issue with this, and will this be resolved?

In scanning the other discussions, it seems like there are variations of this problem for a lot of users.

Join the club! I have a Fidelity connection that was lost a few months ago. QB blamed FID, meanwhile they were able to fix the issue...?  Now I've just lost it again. Transactions aren't posting since 2/26. Error 590. I'll be shocked if this gets fixed quickly. To whatever QB rep responds with the same canned BS responses:

Yes, I've spoken to a rep, who blamed Fidelity

No, I haven't changed any of my FID accounts

No, there are no problems at FID

Yes, I've tried reconnecting, with no luck

Yes, we are paying for a SH*T product

Yes, we have taxes to file

No, no one has offered to reimburse us for days lost of your product
