First American Bank CaShtrac connection

Dear community,

We are having some trouble connecting QuickBooks to our First American Bank CaShTrac online banking environment.

First of all, there are numerous First American Banks to choose from when setting up the online bank connection in the QuickBooks environment. So far, we have tried every bank login page of the selection that is available, but we cannot seem to find the correct one.

The login page we use for our online banking is https://www.firstamcashtrac.com/ 

When you open this link, you will see 3 fields you have to fill. 

However, in QuickBooks, when choosing First American Bank from the list of banks, you either have to fill 2 fields or 4, never 3. Therefore, we do not have the possibility to create an online bank connection. We hope there is someone in the community who has experienced the same issue, or someone who can offer us a solution.
