Five months of transactions are missing from my checking account

The bank account is on, I can see latest November transactions, but October, September, August, July, and last two weeks of June are not showing. I can seen June 15 and earlier

There might be a problem with the connection or system maintenance at your financial institution that blocks QuickBooks from downloading them. Let's manually update your bank account to refresh the connection and download the missing transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
  2. Select the bank account with missing transactions.
  3. From the top-right of the page, click the Update button.

When everything is in QuickBooks, you may start to match and categorize them. This will ensure your transactions are in the correct accounts.
