Fixed an account in a Bank Deposit

As I am trying to fix my client Deposit account from Owners Equity to Undeposited Funds after I hit save the system show an error "Select a bank account for this deposit". 

As you can see in the attachment everything has been populated. 

I did a test just to see what happen in the system and choose AR instead of undeposited funds and the system allowed me to post. 

What options do I have because the account I need to use is deposited funds.

Owner equity is automatically calculated based on the formula, total assets less total liabilities = equity

Undeposited funds should be deposited in a bank, equity is not a bank.

My question is why I am getting the error and how can I fix the error? I want to save the deposit as shown in the picture and the system is not letting me.
