Question

For some reason none of my July 2023 transactions uploaded from my business checking to the QB. Any thoughts on how to get those? I already tried to refresh. Thanks!

Before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps, may I know your bank institution? Have you encountered errors along the process? Any additional information will get us closer to the resolution.

 

In the meantime, I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using a private window. It doesn't use the existing cache files that cause discrepancies, affecting your QuickBooks view and performance. 

 

Feel free to use either of these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window, depending on your browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

If it works, you can return to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported, up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.
