Question

For some reason, T-Mobile bills will not complete in the transaction process whether uploaded, snapped or drag and dropped. Only T-Mobile - any recommendations?

This began about 3 months ago. Right now, my T-Mobile bills have been in Pending Status for about 1/2 hour.

Hi there, @Karen11.kne.

 

I can see that you're having an issue with the T-Mobile app. 

 

Since QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is a separate app, I'd recommend reaching out to T-Mobile Customer Support. That way, they can check your account and verify why your bills have pending status.
