For some reason when I linked my business checking account it also linked my personal checking account, is there any way to fix this?

I'd be glad to help you disconnect your personal account in QuickBooks Online.

You can simply disconnect the account if it was connected online. I'll also show you how to completely remove the electronic feeds if you don't need the data from the bank or have connected the incorrect account. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu. Then select the Banking tab.
2. Tap the tile for the bank account.
3. Click on the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
4. Press the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
5. Hit Save and Close.

Once done, you can now connect the correct account for online banking.
