Yes, you can add two people to verify or review your reconciliation. I'll guide you how to achieve it, apolkhuleth1.

In QuickBooks Online, you can add users and accountants depending on your subscription. You can read this article for more information: Learn about usage limits.

When you add a user to verify your reconciliation, ensure to pick Standard All Access as their role. This way, they can access your banking and reconciliation page.

To add users, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Select Manage Users.
  2. Click the Add user. Enter the user's name and email address.
  3. Choose Standard All Access in the Roles dropdown.
  4. Review the features this role gives access to. You can expand each section.
  5. Once done, hit the Send invitation button.

You can also add your accountant in QuickBooks Online. This access lets them view and modify your books, perform necessary corrections, reclassify transactions, and write off invoices.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Hover over the Gear icon, then select Manage Users.
  3. Select the Accountants tab.
  4. Enter your accountant's email address.
  5. Hit Invite.

For additional detail on each user role, including their respective access levels, refer to this article: User roles and access permissions

Having two people verify your reconciliation can provide an extra layer of accuracy. With the steps above, you can achieve your goal. Best wishes, apolkhuleth1!
