Recently, similar situations involving missing transactions from the Regions bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) have been reported to us. Rest assured that our engineers are taking action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, you can contact our customer service team so you'll be included on the list of impacted users. This way, you'll receive status updates about the investigation through email. 

 

Once resolved, you can reconcile your accounts as the final step. Doing so ensures that the transactions you entered into QBO match the ones on your bank statements.

I'm having the same issue. I was trying to figure out why the balance in Quickbooks was so off when I realized that it's only pulling some transactions from Regions but not all of them.

 

Now I'm going back a couple weeks and finding journal entries in Quickbooks that were never matched with transactions, and also transactions from my bank that aren't being added to Quickbooks.

 

This is going to be a nightmare to sort out.

I understand what you're going through, @Sk3tch. Let me provide more details regarding the missing transaction and have this resolved as fast as possible. 

 

We now have an ongoing issue with the exact problem you mentioned about the transaction that isn't added to QuickBooks. Please ensure that our engineers are developing a potential fix. 

 

For the time being, I advise getting in touch with our payroll assistant to include you in the list of affected users. You will be alerted in this way when a patch becomes available. Please check our support hours so you may reach out to us at a time that works for you. Follow this guide:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Get a callback.

I am in the same boat. Customer service at Regions says they no longer support quickbooks online. Only the desktop version. Quickbooks customer support says that I have to enter manually and they will email me with any updates. Does anyone know when this started or how far back I need to go to cross-check?

I know it can be difficult when Bank Regions transactions are missing, @sgskipper. I'm here to ensure this gets taken care of.

 

For now, the investigation of this is already closed. Since the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to determine its cause. They are also equipped with tools to securely review your file.

 

Here's how to contact our support:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter unauthorized charges in the Type something field, then click the send icon.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select the Chat with us or Have us call you option.

This issue has already been closed?  The issue was never resolved.  I have been having these issues for the last week and talked to two reps from Quickbooks.  Neither of them reported any issues with Quickbooks and wouldn't start an "investigation." Regions also says there are no issues.  As a client of both, it would seem that Quickbooks needs to work with Regions to see what the issue is.  I am getting no answers from either side as to the issue.
