Question

For years now I've been charged $30 a month for QuickBooks that I don't have. What do I do?

I have contacted intuit multiple times and they tell me I have no subscriptions. My bank account says otherwise when they have charged me every month for years. They tell me I need the receipt that's emailed to me in order to refund me yet there is no email! I'm unable to cancel it, they keep taking my money and I'm given the run around. What the **** intuit, give me my money back!! This is so not right. I do not use your services but you still took thousands from me.

I can see how this situation would leave you feeling upset and concerned about the recurring fees and the lack of resolution despite contacting the support multiple times, David.

I'm here to assist you in examining the details and source of these charges so we can determine the next steps together.

You can use the "Look up your charge" tool to review any charges from Intuit or QuickBooks. Please note that if you utilize online banking with QuickBooks, your bank may apply a service fee for enabling the connection, and this fee isn't from Intuit.

To get more details about Intuit charges to your bank account, check this article: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

I'm also adding this article on canceling an account in QBO: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

If there's anything else you need help with aside from being charged, you can post them below. I'm always ready to assist.

I have tried the look up your charge tool but no matter what date I put it says invalid.
