Hi there, CMM1962.

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure you can perform alternative ways how you can format the check's details in QuickBooks Online and add the necessary information.

Formatting directly the details on the check like routing, account numbers, and company name is currently unavailable in QuickBooks. As a workaround, you can manually enter the information mentioned above in the Memo field so they'll appear when printing the entry. I've attached a screenshot below for visual reference.

Additionally, you can also purchase or use pre-printed checks to include the information that you desired. That said, you'll be able to attach the routing, account numbers, and company name to your checks. You can open this article to see further details and how it works: Order checks, tax forms, and other supplies.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to see various details on how you can make sure that your printer is set up for QuickBooks so your checks align and print out correctly: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you need further assistance with your checks in QBO. I’ll jump right back in help and make sure this is taken care of for you, CMM1962. Enjoy the rest of the day!
