Frequent account disconnects

Security info needed

Mind if we verify that you're you? We do this from time to time to protect your info. (185)---Your bank or financial institution requires more information after you enter your credentials. I  bank with NF Credit Union and I've called QB to see if they can prevent my account from disconnecting every 15-20 mins or if I refresh the page. I've called QB and the bank and QB has an open investigation about the issue, but no estimate of when it will be resolved. Anyone else have the same problem? If so, what did you do?

Upon checking our database, the investigation process is still ongoing. Rest assured that our Engineering Team is aware of this issue and is investigating to identify the cause to provide a solution to the bank issue you are experiencing.

I appreciate the sympathy and that you're working to investigate. 

 

It would be helpful to manage expectations about the timeline for investigation. Otherwise I can expect anywhere between an instant and never.

 

I looked at the link you provided. The information provided, while accurate, doesn't provide a "fix" to keep my account connected for more time than a two factor authentication takes to expire (typically 30-60 seconds). Please do keep me posted and I'll keep my eyes open for the email update.

My quickbooks is having the same issue. Having to reconnect my bank account daily. Not as bad as every 20 minutes but still incredibly frustrating. Any solution would be greatly appreciated.

Was there ever a fix for this? We have the same issue. Every time I log in, or refresh it has me verify with a code via text message.
