Frequent account disconnects

Mind if we verify that you're you? We do this from time to time to protect your info. (185)---Your bank or financial institution requires more information after you enter your credentials. I bank with NF Credit Union and I've called QB to see if they can prevent my account from disconnecting every 15-20 mins or if I refresh the page. I've called QB and the bank and QB has an open investigation about the issue, but no estimate of when it will be resolved. Anyone else have the same problem? If so, what did you do?
