Getting screen size small enough to see entire left to right content, ie- bank register, can't wee balance column?

QuickBooks Online depends on the Windows font settings. Let's adjust the settings on your computer so the sizes will be reduced. Here's how:

1. Click the menu icon (three-dotted line).
2. Select the Settings option.
3. Go to the Appearance section.
4. Tick the Font size dropdown and choose Small.
5. Then, select the Page zoom dropdown and pick a number lesser than 100%.
6. Once done, refresh the page. Then, open your QBO account.
7. Please know that this will work on any page you open on your computer, not just QuickBooks Online.

Once done, let's adjust the page size on the Banking page. Doing so helps you view all the content. I'll show you how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions.
2. Select Bank transactions.
3. On the For Review section, select the Gear icon.
4. Select 300 under Page size.
   

If you're pertaining to adjusting the sizes of the columns (Date, Description, Payee, Category, Amount, Action), simply hover your mouse over the dividing lines between columns. Then, you'll see your cursor turn into a grabbing tool. Then, click and drag to adjust the width.
