Payments from your customers received via bank transfer will be transferred into your bank account depending on your deposit schedule. I'll show you where you can check it.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
- Select Payments.
- Click Deposit Speed.
Now, here is how you can check the status of your transaction.
- Go to Sales.
- Select Deposits.
- From the list of transactions, find the bank transfer payment you wanted to review.
