I can see the urgency of getting your issue about instant deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO) resolved, @brandon.garcia20. That's why I'm here to share details about this and guide you on the actions you need to help take care of this matter.

When you use QuickBooks Payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it can take a few days to get the money into your bank account. With instant deposits, you can request to get funds into your account in less than 30 minutes. Then, schedule it to run automatically for specific days of the week.

However, not all payments are eligible for instant deposits. QuickBooks checks every transaction for eligibility and only shows eligible payments as part of your available funds. With this, I'd recommend reviewing your instant deposit transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu
  2. Select the Deposits tab
  3. Choose a deposit from the list.

To further guide you on what to do if you have issues with instant deposits, please refer to this article: Get help with instant deposits.

Also, to answer the most commonly asked questions about QuickBooks Payments and find out when they deposit your money , I'd recommend checking out this article: FAQs. It includes topics about funding status, payments processing, account management, to name a few.

Let me know in the comments if you have other concerns about managing customer payments and questions about monitoring income transactions in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @brandon.garcia20.
