Question

Got transactions loaded once since June. Now cannot get bank transactions loaded since 9/22. Says Error 102. Tried logging in again.

Not receiving Truist bank transactions since 9/22. Please fix this. So annoying and frustrating.

The error code 102 occurs when there is ongoing maintenance on your bank or unable to establish a connection. This usually resolves within 24 hours. If not, you'll want to manually update your bank in QBO.

 

Here‘s how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the bank account and click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
  4. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.

Also, may I know what's your financial institution's name? This way I can verify if there is an ongoing investigation specific to your bank.
