Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @corey-a1homeserv. Let me assist you with recording your deposits to your new bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If the old bank account exists in QBO. You can transfer the deposit to the new account.

You can open the transaction and alter the bank account if you've logged the bank deposit in QuickBooks Online.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to + New.
  2. Select Bank deposit.
  3. Click the clock icon located in the upper-left hand corner, and select the deposit under Recent Deposits.
  4. Open the deposit you want to transfer.
  5. Change the bank from the Account drop-down menu. Then click, Save and close.

If you haven’t imported the transaction from your bank yet, you can check out this link to learn more about transferring funds between accounts.

If the old bank account does no longer exist in your QuickBooks Online account, you can manually add and record the transactions by following this link. Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

For actual transactions, you can refer to your provider to request a bank transfer from your real bank accounts.

Once you have corrected the deposits to the right accounts, you can check out this article to proceed with reconciling them.
