Allow me to help you with your concern, simmonssidding-g.

 

To verify, do you have QuickBooks Payments setup and one of your client don't have a payment option on the invoice? If so, verify that the information is correct and updated in the Merchant Service Center.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Sign in with your QuickBooks Self-Employed info.

Once done, send the invoice to your customer's email and they will see the pay option by clicking on the View Invoice link.
