We are glad to have you in the Community forum, @Strait331. There are various reasons why you're having trouble printing your deposit slips. I'd be delighted to assist you with this.

You may want to check that your computer is linked to your printer and that you have the most recent driver installed. Did you also notice any error messages or warning lights on your printer? These may be the causes of your inability to print your deposit slips in QuickBooks Desktop.

Once verified, let's try if you can print from any program aside QuickBooks. If successful, let's now use QuickBooks Desktop to print the form you need. Here's how:

  1. Select Printer Setup from the File menu.
  2. Choose the form that you wish to print.
  3. Check that the printer name exactly matches the name of the printer you intend to use. If not, you must first update the configuration in your computer's Printer Setup.
  4. Select Help in this section for further information on these options.
