Greetings, @karen223. Let me see if there have been any reported cases of Webgility and QuickBooks failing to sync.

The sales tax syncing issue isn't currently the subject of any known problems or ongoing investigations. If there are any, we'd appreciate a screenshot of the error message you receive. In this manner, we are able to provide you with exact troubleshooting instructions to fix it.

Furthermore, I advise speaking with your third-party provider (Webgility). They can then determine if the issue is actually coming from their end. If so, they can guide you through the best course of action.

Once everything is back to normal, see this module about handling sales taxes and payments in QBO: File your sales tax return and record sales tax payments in QuickBooks Online.

You can always reply to this thread if you need extra assistance with syncing, sales taxes, or QuickBooks. We'll do our best to respond as soon as possible. Keep safe!
