Hello there, @jsmcgrady. I'm here to help you find the missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Thanks for sharing the details of the steps you've performed. To begin, could you tell me the specific bank you're having problems with? This way, I can further check if there's a connection issue between your bank and QBO.

In the meantime, you can reach out to your financial institution to confirm if there are any maintenance issues on their end. Otherwise, you can check your bank or credit card's website and verify if there are any notifications, alerts, or messages that need immediate action. These can block the program from downloading new transactions. Once done, update the connection of your bank within QBO.

For reference, check out this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, you can manually import the missing transactions via a CSV file. Check out this link for detailed instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once everything is fine, I've attached this helpful resource that you can use as a guide in making sure your accounts matches your real-life bank statements: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

I'm always here ready to lend a hand if you have any other banking concerns in QBO. Don't hesitate to leave a reply below. Have a great day ahead.
