Question

Has anyone experience trouble connecting to a Huntington bank account? I have verified my credentials and they work on the Huntington site but not on Intuit online.

Hello, suma157069.

This is not the experience we want you to have. We strive hard to provide you with a service wherein all your concerns are resolved. In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed and get you back to working order.

Before we start, did you get any error message when connecting Huntington Bank to QuickBooks? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

To get started, let's try logging to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser to check if it's a browser data issue. There are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QBO, to act weirdly.

To use a private browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I'd suggest using a different one. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary problem with QuickBooks. Please check out our supported browsers below:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari 11 or newer
