Has anyone had a problem seeing credit card charges by multiple card holders?

My credit card charges are not importing?  What should I do?

Transactions imported within QuickBooks depend on the details shared by your bank.

 

May I ask the name of the credit card you're using or an error message you received? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.

 

In the meantime, let's refresh your banking connection to import and get the latest available transactions. Here's how:

 

  1. Proceed to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then choose Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Click Update.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). 
  4. Select Continue update.
