I'm here to help you ensure that the transactions will show up in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Let me provide troubleshooting steps and possible reasons why you can only see a couple of transactions in your reports.
Before that, could you please let me know what financial institution you're using? That way, I can double-check our reports if there's an open investigation.
Here are the presumable reasons:
Financial Institution has maintenance.
The connection needs to refresh.
Browser is full of cache and cookies
To start, I'd suggest logging into your bank's website and check if there's an error that needs attention. If there's is, please communicate with your bank.
If there isn't, let's refresh the connectivity to re-trigger the connection. Please go to the Banking tab on the left side and hit the Update button.
Once done, review all the reports to verify if it's performing properly. If the issue persists, I'd recommend doing primary troubleshooting steps to isolate the situation.
To start, please access your account via incognito. These browsers won't save any browsing histories. Use the shortcut keys below:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
If you're able to see the missing transactions, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and clear the cache to drop the junk files. Using other supported browsers is a good choice also.
However, if the problem continues, you have an option to manually import the data. You can refer to this article for the complete steps: Manually upload transactions. After that, you now categorize the data to avoid any duplicates.
I've also added some articles about handling bank transactions, reconciling accounts, and other topics.
