Has anyone not seen their Federal Tax payment transaction not appear in their checking for review? If so, how did you resolve?

I'll share the steps on how you can view your federal tax payments. While QBO automatically downloads transactions every night, you can refresh your connection to get the latest available transactions. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu. Then, select the Banking tab.
  2. Highlight the checking account where your federal tax payment was posted.
  3. Click the Update button. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Hit Continue update.

 

 

 

 

If you're still unable to see the tax payment, you can check with your bank to verify. From there you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
