Has anyone noticed that bank deposit "line item detail" appears to be missing now? It appears to be "consolidated" for a given date versus more detailed.

You may be experiencing some browser-related issues. I'm here to help you fix this matter.

 

To begin with, let's open the Bank deposit page on an incognito window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Control Option P

 

If you're able to see line item details, you may go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages like QuickBooks.

 

You can also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari to isolate the issue further.
