Have a notification of “payment needs attention” when I went to go deposit funds. What does this mean? They say you’ll receive an email but I didn’t

What you're experiencing right now could be a browser issue. To sort things out, let's try to perform some basic troubleshooting procedures.

 

If the cache is stored for a long period of time, it could lead to the browser's unusual behavior. So let's try to log in to your account using an incognito/private page. Here are the shortcut keys in opening it:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P\

If you're able to receive payments without any issue, then you'll have to clear your browser's cache regularly.
