Have money hasn't deposited into my account is been over 5 days need help to get it into my account

No one here can, nor will call you back.  Money can take up to 10 BUSINESS days to show in your account.  

If you still need to contact someone, you have to do as the rest of us, and take the proper steps to request a callback or chat. (You can also used the SEARCH bar at the top of any page, here in the community, to find answers to most questions)

1. Log in  to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Select either tab to get started:
   • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
   • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
     • Start a chat with a support expert.
     • Get a callback from the next available expert.
     • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
