It's a pleasure to have you in the Community today, @yampabiblechurch. I'll be happy to share some details about how to update the bank to get the latest transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

If you want to update both bank connections in your QBO accounts, know that you'll have to sign in separately in each account and then go to the Banking tab. I'll gladly input the steps below. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company file.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select the bank account that you'd like to update.
  4. Click the Update button beside the Link account button.
  5. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.

Feel free to visit this article for more information: Download the most recent bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, here's an article to help you manage your bank transactions in QBO: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can also check this page to learn more about reconciling an account in QBO: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
