Have the issues with Capital One been resolved yet? When can I expect to be able to download my transactions?

There is no specific timeframe for now, however, our engineers are working to fix it. What we can do in the meantime is to manually upload those Capital One transactions to QuickBooks Online. Remember to get all the transactions that you need from your bank first. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bank transactions. To upload the transactions into the desired account, click the blue tile.
  2. Click on the Link account dropdown then choose Upload from file.
  3. Click on select files, then continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account you intend to upload the transactions to. Select Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match. Click Continue after.
  6. Choose the transactions that we'd like to import. Continue.
  7. Choose Yes.
  8. After you accept your transactions, select Done.
