Question

Having a terrible time with this app the past few months. My employees and I have to constantly delete and re download to get it to operate. It constantly resets.

As if we are just beginning, no customers, no expenses, no products and services. Thinking about switching providers.

I want to stop this from happening to you, @chadcupal. I know how time-consuming and hassle it is if we constantly delete and re-download the app.

Let's ensure that your mobile has enough data space and the app is in the latest release. This way, we can avoid the issues again. 

 

  • iPhoneiPad, and iPod touch- Requires iOS 14.0 or later. The app needs 418.5 MB.
  • Android- Should be updated. Go to your app's settings and check the current version. The app requires 117 MB or more.
