Hi there, @lyle_baack.

There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. And can be the reason why the system is having problems setting up your recurring expense transaction.

Let's perform a few browser troubleshooting steps to determine why such a problem is saving your expense recurring transactions into check. To begin with, log in to your QBO account using a private browser. To use a private or incognito browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P
  • Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to seamlessly set up the recurring transactions. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.
