Having problems connecting to chime or stripe or any bank I have

It's giving me an error that says please sighn out and try again

I recognize you want to link your bank to QuickBooks Online. I'm here to assist you with how to fix bank connectivity issues in QuickBooks Online.

 

We'll attempt to reconnect your bank account in a private window to see if there's a glitch in the regular browser. Please use the shortcut keys provided below:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If you can connect your bank account, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete stored site data and improve the system's performance. Also, you can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary problem with QuickBooks.
