I know that distru talks to QB, but QB doesn't talk back, so how does QB feed the chart of accounts to Distru?

I am happy to have you here in the Community, @alisha-localsequ. Let me share with you some ideas on how convenient it is to use Distru with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Distru allows you to sync the following:

  • Companies as customers and vendors.
  • Tax classes to specific accounts (i.e., liability).
  • Purchase and sales of Distru products to specific accounts.
  • Completed PO's to an expense account.
  • Payments made on completed PO's.
  • Invoices to a sales account.
  • Sync and void received payments on invoices.
  • Returns as credit memos.

Note that changes made in QBO will not be synced with Distru.

Regarding the integration of your Distru app to QuickBooks Online, I suggest you reach out to our developers for the integration process. By clicking this link.

Here’s how you can post your concern on the Intuit Developer website.
