Hello! I am having an issue where my client paid and according to quickbooks, it should be deposited. It usually deposits are not reflecting on my quickbook cash

Having you receive your clients payment is my priority. Let me provide some insights about the funding time for QuickBooks Cash.

 

On average, it takes about 3 business days to move money into your QuickBooks Cash account. It also takes 2-5 business days to move money out of your QuickBooks Cash account. The speed depends on how fast your external bank processes the transfer.

 

If the amount hasn't been deposited in the given length of time, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools that can check on your account and verify the reason why the payment is not yet deposited.

 

To contact them:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
