Hello, I connected successfully to a credit credit last week. Although a balance is visible in "Bank Accounts" the "Transactions" section is empty.

Let me give you some information about missing credit card transactions.

 

Some banks don't post transactions until later in the day or the next morning. Therefore, I suggest updating your bank account manually to get the most current view of your data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the left pane, select Banking.
  2. Select the Update button in the upper right.
  3. Select Update Now.

To bring back those missing transactions you can upload them through Web Connect. 

 

You can also get back to us about the name of your credit card company and provide to us any error message you encounter upon refreshing your bank account.
