Hello, I have quickbooks online and want to change to Quickbooks desktop version on my Mac. Can I easily import my current business records into this desktop version?

You'll have to export the file to QuickBooks Desktop for Windows first. Then, convert the file to Mac to successfully convert without any issues. Although there are certain limitations when converting your data, it is necessary to take note to prevent any error during the process. Once you're done converting your files, you'll want to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription to avoid charges moving forward. No worries, if there are data that you might need in your online account, you'll have read-only access to your data for a year. After that period, the system will automatically delete your account. You can export your data to Excel so you'll have a backup file in case you need the information.
