We'll need to have your bank account information case in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) investigated, unimacpaintingll. Before doing so, let's troubleshoot to rule out any browser issues. I'll walk you through the steps.

When you're invited to provide W-9 and bank account details through QBSE, your client can access them in their QuickBooks company, and your banking data will be encrypted for security.

This issue with your bank account information is likely due to the delay in your browser's data syncing. To fix this, start by pulling up your QBSE account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, re-enter your bank details.

If you're able to do so, return to your default browser and clear its cache. After that, log out and then log back into your account. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues.

However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

On the other hand, if the above recommendation didn't let your client view your data for deposit, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can open a case to investigate and resolve this matter. Here's how:

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact UsNote: If you’re using the app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.
  • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
  • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

After your client submits your 1099-MISC to the IRS, you'll get an email when it's ready for download. Select the link in the email to sign in to QBSE to view or print them.

If there's anything else that I can help you with or you have other questions about managing your QBSE account and transactions, please feel free to click the Reply button below. I'm always ready to assist you.
