Hello, there is no longer a ‘Transactions’ shortcut showing on my app and I have new transactions to input. How do I go through transactions?

I had the transaction shortcut two week ago.

Welcome, and thanks for posting your concern about the shortcuts menu button, @info-thejewelrys.

 

I can help you fix this. Naturally, the Transactions shortcut from the Shortcuts tab would appear when tapping the Hamburger/Menu ☰ icon from the right bottom of your mobile screen. If this isn't loading while running the QuickBooks Online (QBO) application, it may be due to a stacked cache on the app's memory.


 

In this case, I recommend refreshing your data to see if the QBO mobile app can fix the issue.

 

Here's how for Android:

  1. On the Dashboard, select the Hamburger/Menu ☰ icon.
  2. Tap the Settings icon on the upper left corner of the screen.
  3. Under the Account section, choose Refresh Data.

 

You can follow these steps for iOS:

  1. Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback.
  2. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest updating or uninstalling and reinstalling the QBO mobile app. By this means, you won't lose any data since it's stored on a secure server. Also, you can ensure that the data your mobile get from the App/Play Store is fresh/new.
