Let me walk you through how to contact our Live Support Team using SmartLook, kacs59.

 

Before we proceed, I can share what the status term of the payment means in QuickBooks. Tax payments showing as Transmitted means that our system had already transmitted the payment and waiting for the IRS to process it. Once cleared on your bank statement, you can start reconciling your bank. If you need assistance during the reconciliation process, you need a code from SmartLook. Here's how to get the information:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and then SmartLook.
  3. Copy the number that appears.
  4. Provide it to the representative during chat or call
  5. Click Dismiss.

To get in touch with them:

 

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
