Good day, @SM1970.
I recognize you want to retrieve all the deleted transactions within QuickBooks Online. I'm here to clarify some things for you.
For now, there is no option to restore a deleted transaction automatically. The only option is to use the Audit log to recover the details of the deleted transaction and re-enter them manually.
Here's how to view the deleted transaction details:
- Select Audit Log from the Gear menu.
- Select All Users in the Users field by clicking the Filter button.
- In the Date field, select All Dates.
- Mark the Transactions box under Events.
- In the Show: field, select Deleted/Voided Transactions.
- Click the Apply button.
- Find the deleted transaction and select View.
- Take note of the details by clicking the newly added history.
Check out this article for more details: Use The Audit Log To Re-enter Deleted Transactions.
Furthermore, here's how to add transactions directly to an account:
- Go to Bookkeeping and select Chart of accounts (Take me there).
- Find the account you want to review. If you're new to QuickBooks, select See your Chart of Accounts first.
- Select Account history from the Actions column.
- Select the type of transaction you want to add.
- Fill out the fields to complete the transaction.
- When you're done, select Save.
Feel free to visit this article for more information: Manually add transactions to account registers in QuickBooks Online.
After we recreate the transaction, we can return to your register and manually change its status to Reconciled (R). You can find instructions in this article: How to Undo a Reconciliation or Unreconciled a Transaction.
I’m only a couple of clicks away if you need anything else. Have a Splendid Weekend!
