I appreciate you for reaching out to us here on the Community page. I can share with you some information about how QuickBooks Online works with bank deposits.
Once you've recorded a payment on an invoice to the undeposited funds, you can deposit the amount to your real bank through the Bank Deposit tab.
Here's how:
Go to the (+) New icon, then select Bank Deposit.
Choose the payment you want to deposit from the Select the payments included in this deposit.
You can also add funds to the deposit under the Add funds to this deposit section.
